- La' Shukran: French-Middle Eastern bistro and bar in Union Market
- Elmina: modern West African restaurant on 14th Street
- Fish Shop: seafood spot at the Wharf
- Karravaan: Persian-Portuguese-Indian restaurant in Union Market
- Raw Omakase: sushi counter in Logan Circle
Stars or Bib Gourmand designations will be revealed on November 18 at a ceremony in Philadelphia.
