Zalando revealed in its Q3 results that it has signed a new logistics agreement with the UK retailer M&S. This expands their existing partnership which began in 2022.
Previously, M&S worked with Zalando, About You, and Amazon to fulfill orders through three marketplace partners in Europe. Now, starting early next year, Zalando’s B2B logistics solution, ZEOS, will handle M&S’s entire online direct-to-consumer business across continental Europe.
Zalando also partners with another UK retail giant, Next, showing a clear trend of British companies leveraging Zalando’s logistics expertise to grow their presence in mainland Europe.
