The highly anticipated next generation of one of the world’s most popular midsize pickups is set to debut next week. Following the announcement of its debut in Thailand, Toyota confirmed the new Hilux will also premiere in Europe on November 10 at 6:00 AM CET.
Toyota has released a teaser showing the pickup’s exterior, which uses the same imagery as for the Asian market. After months of spy photos, leaks, and speculation, the manufacturer is ready to unveil the updated midsize pickup in Thailand with its first official teaser video.
The new model replaces the current Hilux, which has been available since 2015 with facelifts in 2017, 2020, and 2024. The latest design sports a more refined look with slimmer, sharper LED headlights combined with a sculpted hood and larger bumper intakes.
From the side, the familiar elements remain, including the dual-cab body, sports bar, and pronounced fenders. The rear end features angular taillights with modern LED graphics surrounding a tailgate that now includes a subtle integrated lip spoiler.
“There’s a big TOYOTA badge across the grille, just in case anyone misses the point, and a Hilux script on the tail.”
Overall, the new Toyota Hilux balances modern styling updates with familiar design cues, promising a fresh yet recognizable midsize pickup for the global market.
