The FIFA World Cup will arrive in Canada next year, and some of the nation’s leading musical talents are stepping into the spotlight for the occasion. Canada Soccer announced a collaborative music initiative uniting top Canadian artists to celebrate the event.
The project, titled Perfect Pitch, brings together Alessia Cara, Charlotte Cardin, Loud Luxury, Nelly Furtado, The Tragically Hip, and Zeds Dead. The album is being produced by Grammy winner Boi-1da and will include original tracks, reimagined songs, and creative collaborations inspired by the spirit of the tournament.
“The energy around this project has been incredible. It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement. The music represents every corner of the country, and I’m proud of how collaborative and inclusive the process has been,” said Boi-1da.
The Perfect Pitch album is scheduled for release ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will take place across Toronto, Vancouver, and 14 other host cities in North America next June.
This project unites renowned Canadian artists under Boi-1da to craft a culturally expressive album celebrating Canada’s role in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
