Lucky Prestatyn Street Wins People's Postcode Lottery
A street in Prestatyn has been named among the winners of the People's Postcode Lottery daily prize draw on Friday, November 7. Residents from the LL19 7NX area, known as Glan Mor, each received a £1,000 prize as part of the UK-wide lottery event.
The People's Postcode Lottery operates on behalf of 20 Postcode Trusts. For every ticket purchased, one-third of the funds are donated to charitable causes across the country. Since its launch in 2005, participants have contributed over £950 million to a range of good causes.
To take part, players pay £12 per month to be entered into daily draws, where winners on 20 different streets each receive £1,000. Additionally, a weekly Thursday draw rewards £10 to players in 1,000 postcodes.
