At 84, acclaimed actress Sally Kirkland is battling dementia and is now under hospice care in Palm Springs, California. Her representative, Michael Greene, confirmed that she has been struggling with the illness for about a year, supported by her longtime friend and former student, Cody Galloway.
In 1985, after nearly ten years of being single, Sally Kirkland married Mark Hebert. Their relationship began with warmth and mutual affection but, sadly, ended in divorce.
