WWE star Charlotte Flair has spoken out after experiencing multiple wardrobe malfunctions during Friday Night Smackdown, which caused the broadcast to cut out several times.
Flair, the daughter of wrestling legend Ric Flair, faced off against Nia Jax wearing a coordinated green and silver bra top and bottoms. During the match in Greenville, South Carolina, her top shifted repeatedly, prompting disruptions in the live broadcast.
According to Slam Wrestling, Flair had to retreat to the corner during one of the interruptions to adjust her outfit. Although viewers did not directly see the malfunctions on TV, some fans suspected an issue.
On the social platform X, a fan inquired if Flair had suffered a malfunction, to which Flair humorously replied that something went wrong.
“I’m going to start wrestling in the robes,” she wrote.
Flair ultimately lost the match to Nia Jax.
After a series of wardrobe mishaps disrupted Friday Night Smackdown, Charlotte Flair joked about adapting her wrestling attire for future events.
