The Milwaukee Bucks continued their dominance in the NBA Cup group stage, improving to a perfect 9-0 record in the event's three-year history. On Friday night, they secured a 126-110 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 41 points, 15 rebounds, and nine assists in the game, driving the Bucks' success.
Antetokounmpo scored 19 points in the fourth quarter alone, helping Milwaukee pull away. He made 16 out of 32 shots, marking the first time this season his shooting percentage dipped below 61.5%.
Myles Turner contributed 23 points, his highest since joining Milwaukee this year, while Ryan Rollins added 20 points.
Matas Buzelis scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the Bulls. Josh Giddey posted 16 points, 14 assists, and seven rebounds. Giddey achieved triple-doubles in his last two games, becoming the first Bulls player to do so in consecutive games since Michael Jordan in April 1989.
Chicago had started the NBA Cup with a 135-125 win over New York.
