Jeremy Allen White

The star of The Bear shared a touching moment involving an old teacher who attended the NYC premiere of his new film, Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere.

“I wasn’t a good student because I didn’t go to school enough,” he said on the October 23 episode of Live with Kelly and Mark. He admitted that he never graduated. After the screening, his teacher presented him with a gift, which turned out to be his high school diploma. “And I was like, ‘Ah, you don’t have to do this, this is crazy, what are you giving me a gift for?’ And I open it up, and it is my high school diploma. So… at 34 years old, I graduated high school!”

Despite her two Oscars, Kidman regrets leaving school early. She reflected on her decision to drop out before graduation.
