As of 3:30 a.m., light showers and sprinkles are passing through the area but will move out shortly after daybreak. The rest of the day will see clearing skies and gusty winds bringing milder air into Chicagoland.
Tuesday will be slightly warmer than today with a mix of sunshine and afternoon clouds. Wednesday promises a pleasant early November day with abundant sunshine and highs in the low to mid 60s.
Thursday will have increased cloud cover, keeping highs in the upper 50s, still above average. By Friday, temperatures return to the low 60s with a chance of morning showers, possibly starting Thursday night.
A brief cold front will drop weekend highs into the 40s with chances of showers both days.
