Danish toy maker LEGO has launched its first Star Trek set, the Icons series USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D from "The Next Generation."
For many fans, the iconic Enterprise ship is the NCC-1701-D, which served Captain Jean-Luc Picard and his crew during the "The Next Generation" series. This Galaxy-class starship was the fifth Federation vessel to carry the Enterprise name (or sixth, counting the NX-01 from the "Enterprise" prequel) and was destroyed in the film Star Trek: Generations.
Now, the Galaxy-class starship can return to your home as a large LEGO set, designed to take up a substantial amount of desk space.
"This week, the Danish toymaker announced the launch of the LEGO Icons Star Trek: USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D set, made in partnership with Paramount Products & Experiences."
"The plastic brick replica needs a total of 3,600 pieces to be correctly assembled for it to take shape."
The LEGO USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D set combines intricate detail with versatility, making it an exciting collectible for Star Trek enthusiasts and LEGO fans alike.
