DOHA: The Michelin-recommended restaurant La Mar by Gastón Acurio at the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa has unveiled “Trilogy of Cultures”, a remarkable culinary event celebrating the global richness and diversity of Peruvian cuisine.
For one exclusive evening, three acclaimed chefs from the Acurio family of restaurants will collaborate to offer guests an immersive four-course dining experience. The menu will journey through Peru’s cultural blend of Japanese, Chinese, and traditional Criolla influences, merging heritage with creative innovation.
Chef Kaoru Chang, Executive Chef of La Mar Bellevue in Seattle, will present his elegant interpretation of Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei cuisine. With more than 19 years of experience, he is a third-generation Nikkei chef whose work reflects both technical precision and artistry.
