The owners of the iconic North Caldwell, New Jersey mansion featured in the HBO classic "The Sopranos" have announced their support in the highly competitive gubernatorial race.
According to the homeowners, their choice is Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican candidate. The property—spanning 5,600 square feet and situated on a serene cul-de-sac in Essex County—displayed a prominent “Jack for Governor” sign during Election Day.
“All I can say is that he’s everything that we believe in, and he’s going to do a great job. Our state can’t take another 25 years of what we’ve got. It’s horrible,” said the homeowner, who requested anonymity.
“Ciattarelli is a good, good family man, and he’s got a lot of great ideas, so we definitely support him 100%.”
The mansion, last listed for $3.4 million in 2019 before being withdrawn from the market, continues to draw fans eager to glimpse the famous TV residence. The owner also noted that she has no doubt Tony Soprano himself would back the same candidate if he were real.
The New Jersey owners of the “Sopranos” house endorse GOP candidate Jack Ciattarelli, calling him a strong family man with sound ideas and saying “even Tony Soprano would approve.”
