The event took place at a gym formerly known as Gold’s Gym, now operated by EoS Fitness. Hyman described feeling scared and asked the individual to leave, but he did not comply.
"I was scared, and I told him to leave. He would not leave, and had no regard for my naked body," Hyman said.
She stated this had happened multiple times recently. Over the past two weeks, Hyman reported encountering men in the women's restroom four times and said her complaints to staff were ignored.

A viral video shows Hyman shouting at the person, saying, "Stay out of the women’s locker room, we don’t want it!" The identity of the person she confronted has not been confirmed, and authorities have not indicated any legal violations occurred.
"He said to me, verbatim, ‘Straight women like to see D (genitals) so if anything, they’re looking at me more than you,’" Hyman recalled. "I was in complete shock."
Aftermath
Following the dispute, both Hyman and the other individual were removed from the gym. Hyman also reported that her gym membership was revoked due to her reaction during the incident.
