Riley Keough believes she has received signs from her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, indicating peace with how the memoir From Here to the Great Unknown was completed. Keough finished the book following her mother’s death in 2023 by carefully listening to tapes of Presley's memories.
The Daisy Jones & The Six actress, 36, shared her experience during an interview at the Academy x Chanel Women’s Luncheon. She expressed a deep connection to her mother’s spirit, saying,
“I think if you're open to those things, they're kind of everywhere. I really do believe that. So, I certainly feel connected to whatever that world may be. I do feel connected to it, yeah. There are certainly moments that are very... too weird to not be something.”
Although Keough did not provide specific details about these moments, she plans to address them in a new heartfelt afterword included in the paperback edition of the memoir, released on November 11, according to publisher Penguin Random House.
