County Executive
According to unofficial results, Steven Neuhaus was re-elected as Orange County Executive to serve a four-year term. The vote counts were:
- Steven Neuhaus (incumbent, Republican): 39,429 (57.9%)
- Michael Sussman (Democrat): 28,613 (42.1%)
District Attorney
David Hoovler was re-elected as Orange County District Attorney for a four-year term, based on unofficial results. The candidates received the following votes:
- David Hoovler (incumbent, Republican): 31,883 (53.2%)
- Alan Joseph (Democrat): 28,082 (46.8%)
New York Supreme Court Justice, 9th Judicial District
Eight candidates competed for four open seats on the New York Supreme Court representing the Ninth Judicial District, which includes Orange County as well as Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties.
