Franculino Dju: Everton scouts watch striker score again
Everton reportedly sent scouts to monitor FC Midtjylland forward Franculino Dju, who netted his 13th goal in 14 Danish Superliga appearances during a 1–1 draw with AGF. The result moved Midtjylland to second place in the table.
According to the Danish outlet Bold, representatives from Inter, Bayern Munich, Real Betis, Stuttgart, and Trabzonspor were also present at the match. Danish media have suggested a possible transfer value of around £17.5 million for the Guinea-Bissau international.
Franculino, a former youth player at Benfica, has established himself as a versatile and dynamic striker since relocating to Scandinavia. At six feet tall, he is slightly shorter than Everton’s current attacking options but offers greater flexibility—capable of operating both as a central forward and on the wings.
