Vita has borrowed £1.1 billion from Eldridge over the past five years. Eldridge Real Estate Credit, part of Todd Boehly’s investment firm, has provided significant financing for Vita’s projects.
Vita’s Manchester student accommodations maintain occupancy rates between 95% and 99%. Since 2020, Eldridge and Vita have collaborated on 10 developments in the UK and Spain, creating over 7,500 beds. The total debt on these assets is £1.1 billion.
Since 2020, Eldridge Real Estate Credit has issued around $10 billion (£7.6 billion) in loans across the US, UK, and Europe, including various types of debt.
Formerly part of Cain International, Eldridge now handles debt, while Cain, co-owned by Todd Boehly and Jonathan Goldstein, manages equity investments.
