Chester Residents Celebrate £1,000 Postcode Lottery Win
Residents in Chester celebrated after their postcode was chosen as one of 20 winners in Monday’s daily Postcode Lottery jackpot draw on November 10.
The lucky postcode CH1 1RD, located on Albion Street in the city centre, earned each active participant within that area a £1,000 cash prize.
"The daily draw was promoted by the Postcode Green Trust, one of 20 postcode trusts managed by People’s."
Players subscribe for £12.25 per month, which includes participation in all daily draws and the chance to win prizes every day. At least 30 per cent of each ticket goes directly to charitable causes.
Since its creation in 2005, the Postcode Lottery has contributed over £1.5 billion to charities and community projects across the UK.
